CROWN NATIONAL SAFARI BILTONG SEASONING
Instructions. Cut the meat into strips and weigh. Calculate the spice required at 45 g per Kg meat. If desired, add vinegar or Worcester sauce at 50-100 g per Kg meat. Mix the meat and the spice well, cover and refrigerate overnight. Hang to dry.
Ingredients: Flavouring [celery, maize flour, maize meal, colourants, flavour enhancer (MSG, E621), hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm fruit), anticaking agent, acidity regulator, spice extract (anti-oxidant TBHQ)], salt, spices, sugar. Preservative potassium sorbate.
Allergens: Celery. May contain cow's milk, egg, mustard, soy, wheat gluten.
